Carol White is an author, publisher, speaker, and book marketing coach. In addition to co-authoring the best selling, award-winning book, Live Your Road Trip Dream (RLI Press, 2004, Second Edition 2008, www.roadtripdream.com), Carol is a frequent guest speaker at conventions such as the national AARP Life @ 50+ and The Great North American RV Rally. In 2007, Carol completed the rigorous National Speaker’s Association (NSA) yearlong education program.
She is a frequent contributor for magazines and websites including RoadTripAmerica.com, Grandparents.com, and ongoing work for Cyber-Sam. She has spoken to publishing groups including the Independent Book Publishers Association’s (IBPA) annual Publishing University (IBPA-U), The Bay Area Publisher’s Assn. (BAIPA), PNBA’s annual trade show, and locally to the Northwest Association of Book Publishers.

Carol is the official Marketing Consultant for About Books, Inc. (www.about-books.com) a book packager located in Colorado Springs, Co. in addition to serving her personal consulting clients.
Carol’s background is all sales and marketing, having retired from Lucent Technologies, in 1999. Her 35 years of management experience in the computing and telecommunications fields with Lucent and AT&T have gained her a wealth of knowledge about many facets of business. Carol is now known professionally as a travel speaker, retirement speaker, author, writer, publisher and marketing coach and she loves all of her new found titles that this life journey has brought her. Carol is a graduate of Portland State University, Portland, Oregon where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Business Administration/Marketing and Psychology.
